XXI International Banking Forum

Conducted on a yearly basis, the Forum remains one of Russia’s largest business events, attracting well-deserved attention from the financial community, regulators, government authorities and mass media. The Forum sessions and round tables include speakers from the Bank of Russia, federal ministries and government agencies, members of the State Duma and Federation Council, top executives of banks, as well as representatives of financial and IT companies.

Forum Venue

The XXI International Banking Forum will be held at Pullman Sochi Centre 5* conference hall. The hotel is located on the first coastline in central Sochi within walking distance from the main promenade and the city’s key landmarks.

The second hotel officially reserved for the Forum is Mercure Sochi Center 4*, which is a part of the same hotel complex.

Sports and entertainment program

Apart from business events, participants can experience an engaging sports and entertainment program.

Forum guests will be able to take part in a sailing regatta, running competition and futsal match. The entertainment program will include the Forum opening ceremony on 25 September, evening reception on 26 September and gala dinner on 27 September.

Last year’s Forum

In 2023, the XX International Banking Forum welcomed over 600 guests (both live and online). The Forum business program included three sessions, ten round tables, a business breakfast and two business lunches. Approximately 100 journalists from leading mass media covered the event.

Over 90 speakers participated in the Forum, representing the Bank of Russia, Ministry of Finance, Federal Antimonopoly Service, State Duma, Federation Council, Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, legal, insurance, processing, consulting, fintech, rating, and registrar companies, think tanks, payment systems and services, leading software developers and other organizations. International guests included participants from Belarus, Egypt, Iran and West Africa.
